Request form for change / cancellation of an booking

* If the hotels closed by order of the Ministry of Health, bookings will be canceled without cancellation fees.
 
Up to 2 days before the Accommodation - no cancellation fee.
Less than 2 days before the Accommodation - the guest will be charged one night base on the booked accommodation.
In the case of No-Show, the total price of the reservation will be charged

On holidays:
up to 7 days before the Accommodation - no cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days before the Accommodation - the guest will be charged  one night base on the booked accommodation. .
In the case of No-Show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
